Füssen - the picturesque town in the south-eastern corner of the Bavarian district Swabia offers art, culture, vacationing and relaxing possibilities in abundance. The surrounding area was shaped by various ice ages, especially by the force of the Lech glacier. On the great Alp road between Füssen and Pfronten you will find the small, clean village of Weissensee on the lake of the same name, one of the most beautiful Bavarian mountain lakes. It's a mere 40 m to the lake.
